Boubyan Gases Manufacturing Co.

Boubyan Industrial Gases Production Company was established in 2013.
It is one of the companies of the Salem Khaled Al- Jumaian and Partners
Group. It works in the field of production and distribution of a variety of
industrial gases.
The factory’s products include household gas cylinders, helium gas
cylinders, welding and protective gases, diving gases, and pure gases
such as helium, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, medical gases, and specialty gases, in addition to gas control equipment, like pressure regulators, pipeline network, flow measuring devices and others.
The factory also provides all types of industrial and medical gases that suit all the customers’ needs. The factory also meets the needs of major companies operating in the oil sector as well as ministries in Kuwait.
The factory provides technical equipment to all facilities operating inside
Kuwait, which includes fast and effective supplies for a wide range of high-quality products and services and long-term contracts for companies with the international specifications that customers need.

We are the major manufacturing and suppliers of all industrial, medical and specialty gases for the growing needs of the state of Kuwait.
We serve the ministries and many other leading companies in Kuwait and we propose other renowned companies in Kuwait and over the fence arrangements for the refineries and petrochemical companies to supply of various gases.

My job duties include overseeing sales growth and being responsible for the growth and development of the team’s performance.
I also work on managing and coordinating the company’s interaction with current and potential clients.
Relationships are also built with them to meet their needs and to grow our sales.

I have been working with Boubyan since the beginning. I am very proud to be part of this great institution.

It has become one of the pioneers in the industrial gas industry with all its types.
It, s also one of the major companies that contributed to evolving manufacturing in Kuwait.

I joined as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Boubyan Gases in 2017. I’m overseeing the production process of the company.
We have a team of 25 people designated for the production department, which consists of three departments, ASU, DA and cylinder refilling.
We manufacture LOX/LIN with a capacity of 40 MT/day and acetylene 60m3/shift.
Apart from the manufacturing, we have a refilling facility for all types of industrial gases and a few high purity and mixture gases.
Since production is an integral part of the company structure, we have no compromise regarding the product quantity and quality.
We do have designated SOP for the production and quality checking.

Working on building an integrated team in all the units in the Boubyan Industrial Gases Company is one of the most important tasks carried out by the Human Resources Department.
Our focus and priorities are how to build a distinguished team work and create a suitable work environment for all company employees.
We work to ensure that every employee has added value, as well as providing him with the necessary support to achieve all the goals that the company wants to achieve.

The distribution department has full confidence in providing factories and
companies with all their needs for industrial, medical and other gases.
The distribution department is also keen on meeting customers, needs and achieving their satisfaction in terms of providing services to them with high quality and efficiency.
